Returns Policy

Items are custom made to your specifications.  You may request a return for items that were not delivered per your specifications and the correct products will be sent to you.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In rare cases a refund may be issued. 

You should expect to receive your refund or exchange within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the correct items more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to rebuild your order (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to the USA, Canada, and Mexico. For other world locations, please contact us. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Lead time to manufacture custom wood inserts is typically 2-4 weeks.
