I purchased these pocket covers for my 2023 Sierra 1500, and they do a great job of preventing water from getting inside the bed when the tonneau cover is installed, since the tonneau cover doesn't completely cover these holes.    

These were a perfect fit, in spite of the listing not stating they worked on 2023.  The bed rail stake holes are the same for 2023 & 2024 1500/2500/3500 as they were in 2022.
